Morning,
I have a cisco ENCS5412 and I fail to load a 12 Gb .qcow2 file. It is to create a VM package.
How to do this uploading. The version of NFVIS is 3.7.1
Thanks.

Under VM Life Cycle > Image Repository > Image Packaging. Click the blue + symbol and it will give you an option to upload your qcow2 and set the options for your package.
Alternatively you can download the nfvpt.py tool from VM Life Cycle > Image Repository > Browse Datastore > Data > intdatastore > Uploads > vmpackagingutility > nfvisvmpackagingtool.tar. Once you unpack the tarball you can use nfvpt.py to package your VM offline and then upload the package which will be in a .tar.gz format to the image registration page.

I packaged a 10GB .qcow2 offline with the nfvpt.py vm packing tool and uploaded the resulting tar.gz to the image repository with no problems.
