Our Core Switch is Cisco 3650.How should storm control be configured on this device? If configured, will it have any negative impact on the network, and should it be implemented on all switches?

CCTV camera connected with switch port int gig 0/2.So i want to control storm control.Can you guide me how i can configure ?

first check the more note but this time for Cisco TAC 
friend there is no specific level, it depend on your network. 
but let say as start point make level 20 for uni/multi/broadcast
