is it possible to configure two default routes? One route should be configure with a better metric.

yes possible like example : (if you looking to do static routing ?)

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.10.10.1
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.10.20.1 250
