Why is my STM-1/OC-3c to DS0 SPA showing out of service on asr 1002-x

Hello Cisco Community,

I need help troubleshooting an issue with my Cisco ASR 1002-X router. I recently installed the STM-1/OC-3c to DS0 SPA v2 module, and it's not functioning as expected. The module status is showing as "Out of Service."

Here are the details of my set.up:

1. Router Model: Cisco ASR 1002-X.

2. SPA Module: STM-1/OC-3c to DS0 SPA v2

 Is the STM-1/OC-3c to DS0 SPA v2 compatible with the ASR 1002-X?

What might be causing the "Out of Service" status?

Are there any additional configurations or prerequisites I might have missed?

Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Can you remove the SPA from the router and run the command " no upgrade fpd auto"

Insert the SPA again and  Check the SPA.

Is the STM-1/OC-3c to DS0 SPA v2 compatible with the ASR 1002-X?

Or i need  STM-1/OC-3c to DS0 SPA version 1

show hw-module all fpd

Btw i was wrôg about the version ios

Its Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 03.10.00

and paste here the output?
