Question:
Unable to block HTTPS traffic on CSC-SSM-10 module even after configuring the module to block the traffic.Why is that the HTTPS traffic is not getting blocked?
Answer:
To block HTTPS traffic through CSC module, you need to run the version 6.6.1125.0 on the CSC module. This version is only compatible with ASA version 8.4.2 and ASDM 6.4.5.

Also note that HTTPS filtering will not work with browser versions earlier to Internet Explorer (IE)-9. It works starting from IE-9 ( IE-9 is not supported with Win-XP but support on windows Vista and later)
