Remote access VPN users to allow access to DMZ

Remote access users connects to this ASA and they get IP address from the local pool defined in the ASA (192.168.101.25)

But while the VPN users try to access one of the VNC server (6.0.0.20) in  the DMZ, they are unable to access it. Infact they are unable to connect any of the servers in DMZ

Please let me know whar are the changes required.
