Core issue

This issue occurs in the Cisco Security Monitoring, Analysis and Response System (CS-MARS) version 4.2.3 or earlier.

This issue is documented in Cisco bug ID CSCsg44319.

Resolution

In order resolve this issue:

Upgrade the software version to CS-MARS version 4.2(4.2428).
