Core issue

While installing Cisco Clean Access Software version 3.6, it produces an error message indicating that the CD was not found in the CD ROM drive and prompts to insert the software CD to proceed with the installation.

Resolution

This issue occurs when the software CD is either damaged or improperly burned.

To resolve the issue, download the ISO  image of the Clean Access version, and burn it to a CD. For more information, refer to Cisco Clean Access Software.
