Good day,
I have a Model D9854 IRD that will not get past the " Starting up Clock Registers" portion of the boot sequence. Is there a procedure for a factory reset or who is repairing the D9854 IRD.
The IRD was manufactured in Sept. 2016, which isn't a very long lifespan.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
