Whether you are paying monthly or yearly, the initial contract term is one year. After that, monthly subscriptions continue on a month-to-month basis.

Annual prepaid subscriptions renew automatically. If you cancel service after an auto-renewal, we will credit you the unused balance.

Cisco reserves the right to charge an early termination fee if you cancel service before the one-year term. For your specific terms and conditions, please review your contract, contact your sales partner, or contact Cisco WebEx Telepresence support at 1-877-533-4246.
