If you are using the Cisco IP Video Phone E20 running software version TE 2.2, you may experience the following issue: After opening the directory, you can’t scroll down past the second entry using the down arrow key.
If this happens, you can search for the contact instead by typing the contact’s name in the search field.
You can also resolve the issue by upgrading to a newer software version.
