Firmware/Language Upgrade on the RV130 and RV130W. Please see attached Knowledge Base Article #4995
I tried to follow the aformentioned guide, but in the Routers Menu there is no Firmware/Language Upgrade under Administration. Please check attached snapshots.
You can find the Device info also attached.
Could you inform me how it is possible to perform the firmware upgrade in my case ?
Hi, I downloaded the latest firmware (188.8.131.52) followed the instructions and it has been almost two hours since I clicked on the Start Upgrade button and it still shows the uploading and processing data page. Also if I try to access the router from any computer or device it says that the connection is refused, and I'm not able to access the router.
I don't have back up of the configuration and we have done a lot. What can I do ??? I feel frustrated...

Solution: You have to do the Factory Reset first.
