The IP phone [WIP310 in this case] did not illuminate the MWI when a voice mail was present.
The phone registered to Thomson Cirpack as call-control but received 410 Subscription is already terminated
The solution was to increase SIP tab > SIP Timer Values (sec) > Reg Min Expires: 1800

WIP310 sends SUBSCRIBE but never receives 401 Please authenticate
WIP310 does not receive 202 Accepted from Thomson Cirpack
WIP310 attempts to SUBSCRIBE again but Thomson Cirpack responds with 410 Subscription is already terminated
What should happen:
WIP310 REGISTERS to Thomson Cirpack
WIP310 sends SUBSCRIBE
Thomson Cirpack responds with 401 Please authenticate
WIP310 responds
Thomson Cirpack responds with 202 Accepted
Issue:
