CISCO SG350-10 losing its configuration?

We have a few cases where the configuration of the switches gets lost and they jump back to their factory default.

Now about the procedure:

We upload the attached configuration file.

Afterwards we enter the webinterface and change the VLAN 1 into a static IP Address.

Are we missing something here?

its seems like, not moving to factory default. after you change IP, you need to use new Ip to access the device. if you are changing IP to different network, make sure your PC/Laptop IP also in same network

Yes of course, this is not the problem.
The system is running afterwards on the new ip without a problem.
Just sometimes after the switch get disconnected from the power, it loses its configuration.

you should have to try upgrading firmware.
