Hi,
for a few days it is no longer possible to access the management of the switch and in particular if the power is disconnected it takes hours to restart (the LED system flashes for a long time) ... I have not yet had the opportunity to access the console but when I was able entering via the web I found the following alarm messages:
a flurry of alarms that report messages like this:
%HAL_ config_poe-A-POEFailDetected: POE ERROR(i2c_read_mem failed. addr Ox12e8, dev _num 0, val 0x0, retries 3) was detected
What is the nature of the problem, the management is not working but the switch is working and also has some PoE ports regularly operational (there are 7); I don't know what the overall degradation level is but if I try to restart it's a disaster! Obviously, no configuration, firmware or installation changes have been made for several weeks before.
How to solve the problem?

Looks for me hardware failure - do you have contract, then raise an TAC case for RMA :
