IP phone SPA504G blank screen

Hallo,

I've uploaded, with TFTP, an updated italian dictionary (from cisco) for my SPA504G 

but the phone after reading and rebooting shows an empty blank screen, without life.

I've tried:

• cisco firmware reset, but the phone doesnt bring up the network interface
• holding # button on power on, but does nothing
• tried to use menù reset (option 14) but blindy and with no results

is it possible that there is no other solution than the trash?

Wrong localization file (broken, localization file inappropriate for phone firmware used, ...) is known to be able to brick phone beyond repair.

You should dump all network communication of the phone in question, starting at power on. It may disclose us the current phone state.
