Why I can't see my deivce booking Routing DNA Essentials: Tier 2

Hello,

 

I have a virtual Cisco router CSR , even though I can see the license but I can't see my device is booking the subscribtion on Cisco Smart acocunt ? I have available 2 , and after applying saying 2 available ? so the license is not yet in use ? 
I see only it's reserved 
Any remarks or anything I can do ?

 Does the device is installed and have communication with cisco cloud or with Cisco Smart Software Manager?
