Hi there,
My customer it's trying to accept the Legal Agreement at CSAM (first access) but it's not working, everytime he accepet, it doesn't remember him and asks again to sign the agreement.
We need to assign an administrator for our country but the original DA in another country it's not able to access CSAM because of the agreement assign error.
We need some help, please.

+Informed the customer that:
>We have manually synced the user from our end.
>The user with the mentioned CCO ID has been associated as Delegated Administrator and assigned the role of customer admin on CSAM and is active on the SNTC portal for the mentioned account.
>Issue has been resolved.
