Cisco collectors not being able to retrieve device serial number

Cisco collectors not being able to retrieve device serial number on the portal and wonder if i can get some help

We are also facing this issue in one of our collectors there is S.No not explicitly visible in the collector and the Stack switches are also not showing in the count
