CSPC collector upload fail - Internal Server Error V2.10

Hi All,
We are getting an upload error on our CSPC, we have tried restarting, We have tried adjusting the "Collection Profile Export Boundary" to 1000 and then Replacing the Cert, and then rebooting the collector.
We have checked the firewall rules and can see communication taking place , also we are using the same IP as our
old previous CSPC v2.8 which worked fine so we are confident it's not a firewall issue.
Gets as far as this then fails.
Any suggestions would be welcome many thanks

very similar issue here, except i get a 500
error returned in the UI:
RunNowUploadJobGroup Upload failed. A connectivity exception occured while processing the request. The Exception is HTTPs TransportMode has Failed 500 500

testing with openssl to concsoweb-prd.cisco.com advises of a self signed certificate in the chain:
Verify return code: 19 (self signed certificate in certificate chain)
using wget 72.163.7.113/HeadEndWebAppServlet/ yeilds a 400 invalid redirect after the initial 302:

Unfortunately, our issue has not been resolved, we are trying the latest version V2.10.07 to see if it makes any difference.

yeah that seems to have worked, something must have changed with this particular customer as i couldn't select an existing inventory so had to create a new one, but it does from the CSPC perspective say that the upload completed.
