CSPC Failed Upload

Our CSPC started having failed upload since Sept. 29, 2024 due to Internal Server error causing outdated inventory reports in SNTC. How do we sort it out?

We also wanted to perform software update but it says server down. Is this related? What could be the issue here?

FYI, our CLI access has expired and no root password was configured as it wasn't in the standard documentation.

Can we recover the CLI password and setup the root password?

Hoping for your kind assistance here. Thank you.

Hello Experts,

If I need to upload a new certificate, is there a way to upload without redeploying/rebuilding the server?

How do I back up data from CSPC before rebuilding?

Do you we need to rediscover all devices again?

CERTIFICATE : you can download the same certificate of the old server on services.cisco.com (SNTC PORTAL) and apply it to new server.

BACKUP : if you are within these versions you can use the backup instructions of the provided file and instructions :

Thanks for your response.

If I replace the old certificate with a new one certificate in the existing CSPC server, will I need to discover the device again? Do you have instructions for this?

What could be the cause why it was suddenly working then we got Internal Server error? Our CSPC has recently been deployed early this year and old Certificate will expire 2040.
