CSPC upgrade from 2.8.1.4 to 2.8.1.8 hung at apply-in-progress

Hi Community,

We are trying to upgrade to 2.8.1.8, but CSPC get stuck in Apply-in-progress.  We have followed the troubleshoot guide, "Apply-in-Progress hunged" section, but the link is broken and we can't get the updateDBScript.sh file.
