Hello! My customer is having issues giving us access to service API's. They follow the guide, enter our CCO ID and email, but the check boxes in the attached customer's screen shot are not selectable. Thank you

It seems there is a problem with the API in which the CSAM tool uses to verify relationship of Partner with End user with the contracts in the the partner CCO profile. CSAM tool is out of the scope of TAC. Please open a discussion via the support alias of the CSAM tool to report you problem.
like anything within www.cisco.com This tool is not supported or maintained by TAC and a support request for problems on the tool must be done withing that tool support process
