I have two customers that are having trouble with creating an SNTC Portal; they describe that even after going through the onboarding process they are not able to produce an SNTC Portal despite entering their contract #'s and also their information. We've tried different browsers to no avail, cleared the cache, etc. We can at least get the verification e-mail, but the trail stops afterwards.
Assistance regarding this matter would be kindly appreciated. Thank you!
