Generate a CSPC Registration Certificate

Hi, when I login to Smart Net Total Care I'm just getting a blank screen as below. Can anyone help me resolve this please?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Cisco.

To generate the CSPC certificate you can follow this guide:

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/support/docs/cloud-systems-management/common-services-platform-collector-cspc/Generating-CSPC-Certificates.pdf

If you already have the zip file previously downloaded, you can use it without problems on the new collector.

The process to download a certificate from the SNTC portal is:

1. Select Library >> Administration >> All Collectors
2. Select the desired inventory and then click on Actions >> Download.

On the other hand, if you are facing issues with SNTC portal (blank screen), we recommend to clear cookies and cache and try again on incognito mode on Mozilla browser.

Hi Enrique

I have been getting a blank screen. I've tried incognito mode on in Mozilla brower. I get the blank screen up as per initial comment, and then it flicks over to the attached scren, basically asking me to register, and if I try that it says I'm already registered.
