Help w/ Cisco SmartAdvisor - SmartAdvisor Dashboard

Hi there, 

I'm trying to download the KTN report (ANSR spreadsheet) from the portal but when I click on the excel icon I get a white page and the file never downloads.

I attached screen shots of the steps I followed.
