I raised a query a while ago and had to leave it as due to other issues. I am shown as an administrator for our SNTC portal but none of our registered users can see any equipment associated with our company.

Hi,
The last collector upload was in October, and it was empty which is the reason there is no device information reported on the Portal.
Please issue a new upload and also make sure that you are running a full collection before an upload takes place.
