Is it possible to discover Window servers using cisco collector?

Please let us know if we can discover windows and other vendor servers using Partner Cisco collector.
Is there any compatibility guide you can share?

BY partner collector you mean PSS instead of SNTC..?  The rules package of CSPC has no rules or support for non CIsco devices. but in essence the process of discovery will likley put on managed device list any device that respond to SNMP queries but the collector do nothing with them

Apologies for reaching out again, but I want to ensure I fully understand how the Cisco Collector works to avoid any misunderstandings when I communicate with my superiors and the CEO management team.

We are aiming to have Windows servers reflected in the "Full Inventory Report" on  https://services.cisco.com/. Is this feasible, and if so, could you provide any insights on how we can achieve this?

https://services.cisco.com is a central place that hosts several services from Cisco Systems  including Smartnet Total Care. SNTC is a service that support only Cisco Systems devices for Inventory and reports and does not support any Third Party inventory collection and reporting.  CSPC is not a production NMS tool and in relation to the Smartnet Total Care Portal is one of the tools to relay data of "Cisco" Physical PID devices to that Portal.
