Issue with assigning user access in CSAM

Hello!

Im Delegated Administrator in my Company. My colleges did requests for access to SNTC portal. I got email messages about this. But there is no any requests in Cisco Services Access Management. I cant grant access. Maybe Im looking in the wrong place?

Good day,

This notification indicates that the other user tried to register themselves as a DA. However, because your account already has one (you). Their requests get denied.

At this point, additional customers cannot request access, the only way to obtain access is for the DA to assign them access via CSAM.

Thank you for your reply! I have understood my fault. Now I successfully gave an access to users.
