I post in complete frustration. I deployed a brand new 2.8 appliance and the thing does not work out of the box. Eevrytime i try to save something that has a recurring job, it is stuck at the "Saving" screen.
worse of all, i cannot register updates.
admin# server enable No such command. Use '?' or 'help' to see supported commands. admin# conf server enable This operation will enable connection with server for Software Updates. CCO Id : <my email> Password : Would you like to continue (y|n)? y Authentication failed. Your CCO ID/Password is incorrect. Please retry with proper credentials. admin#
I tried both in the gui and via CLI, but it tells me my credentials are not correct. But i copy and pasted them after logging into the site! So they do obiously work.
I did try uploading data to the SNTC site, since Cisco borked all of my data when my login got screwed up in their backend. However none of the inventory is showing up.
Any thoughts? The product use to work back on 2.7, but I am thus far not impressed by 2.8

Thank you for using the Cisco CSPC, can you please try to use your CCO ID Jeffrey6413 instead of your email while attempting to connect to the upgrade server?
Also, can you provide a screenshot of the issues you are facing with saving your recurring jobs?
Regards

Still no luck on that.

I will try and replicate the saving part again. I got the CSPC to actually finally collect data and upload it to SNTC. I had no upload policy so struggled to make one.
