Smart Net renew Lockdown

Dears, 

 

I have Cisco Smart Net Contract which expired during the lockdown,

when I renew the smart care Contract after two months of expiration does the new contract starts from the last date of the old one or it takes the new date?

Unfortunately, TAC is unable to assist directly with contract coverage orders.
