Hola,
the client is having SNTC looping when they enter to the SNTC portal to generate the Token for the CSCP.
what can be done in this case.

Based on the issue description, it seems that the user was recently given access to the SNTC portal in CSAM, but is being redirected when trying to access it.
Please provide the following information in a private message so I can check further:
Company Name:
CR Party ID:
Contract:
CCOID affected:
Once the above information is provided, please allow me some time to internally validate. I will update you once new information becomes available.
