SNTC Portal Registration Issue

We have a customer who would like to you Cisco Collector (CSPC) and when they try to "Register" their contract/SN, they next page they land on to "Confirm Your Request" says that "Our records show that your company already has a Delegated Administrator listed below" and the name of the delegated administrator is something completely different and unrelated to the customer's name. In other words, the customer is not affiliated with this administrator and they do not know who he is!

Appreciate if someone can assist me with this one, thank you!

>We have manually synced the user from our end and SNTC service has been enabled.
>The user with the mentioned CCO ID has been associated as Delegated Administrator to the mentioned party id and assigned the role of customer admin on CSAM and is active on the SNTC portal for the mentioned account.
