I'm getting the same thing.  Is there an major issue going on?

I continue with the problems. Now the 503 Service Unavailable message appears on a big screen.
It is really uncomfortable not being able to work.

Contact your Cisco AM/SE.  There is something wrong with SNTC, that's a certain, however, the people managing SNTC is not making any effort informing users of any issues. 

Your Cisco AM/SE should be informed so they can send a "rocket" up the food chain.  

Can you try again?  Apparently, the issue has been resolved.

Do you mind giving it a try now to access URL https://services.cisco.com/ in new private window or incognito mode and share the screenshot ?

I was in there yesterday.  I've been collecting inventory and running reports.

SNTC has been sporadically broken for about a week now and no (in)formal notice from Cisco.
