They also don't show up at all under the Covered or Not Covered tabs in the SNTC portal, not sure why this is.
It looks like the issue may be that the PID in the SNTC portal is showing PID N20-C6508 but in the Cisco database, it's showing up as UCS-SP-INFRA-CHSS.
Is this a know issue and is there anyway to resolve it?
