An account was registered with the portal 2 days ago.
I am receiving the below message when logging on to the smart net portal:
You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access.
There are 4 contracts that I linked to the account.
Please assist, I have been trying to get access to this portal for almost 3 weeks now, and all support can do is refer me here.
