Here is the resolution summary of the issue that we had provided on the issue : 

• Manual Onboarding is done for the customer.
• First, we have assigned the customer as DA for the company .
• We have also enabled the Services for the company.
• The customer has given the CA role to access the SNTC Portal for the company .
• And we have run the manual sync for manually pushing the user into the SNTC Portal .
• The customer is manually pushed into the SNTC Portal.
• The customer is visible as the Customer Administrator of the SNTC Portal.
• Customer needs to delete the inventories  .
• The Incident has been logged for the issue of deletion of the inventories from the SNTC Portal .
• We have successfully deleted the Inventories from the SNTC Portal.
• The customer has given the confirmation for the case closure.
• Hence , proceeding with the case closure.
