CISCO SG250-26 CLI & Console unable to access

Dear Reader, 

I wasn't able login to switch management due to forgot password. When using network management, SNA also forgot the password. Via CLI connection refused. By any chances, any others way I can do so that able to get inside it ? Main purpose is to backup the configuration file.
