Don't like the sympton, because you do have the MP (max power) version, which should cater for full POE power on each switch port.
These switches are covered by a great warranty,
It seems more expedient to me to just call the Small Business Support Center (SBSC) and let them diagnose what the problem might be. The URL below should get you in contact with the SBSC.
