Cisco Switch CBS350-24T-4G inaccesible after shutting down

I have configured my CBS350-24T-4G and applied it to the startup configuration but after I turning it off and reconnecting to the power supply I couldn't access to the web interface with the ip which I configured it and without the default ip. I don't know what could be the problem but I hope that somebody knows anything about it

@gmarques265 hi, what is the status of status light led? is it blinking? or stable? if its blinking, that means your IP is not saved properly and need to reconfigure IP and save. and you can access device via default IP.

The led was stable but after checking the configuration in the web interface I realised it didn't saved correctly, my bad. Thanks for your time and response
