failed upgrade firmware to Cisco SF200-24 24 10/100

Hello! 

Im Administrator TI and i need to upgrade firmware in all switch on company.

I was reading about upgrade firmware SF200 24 10/100 and when i try to upgrade format file *.ros the web page from switch say this:

Bytes Transferred:0

Status:Copy failed

Error Message:Copy: Illegal software format

___

I was trying with different firmware donwload in Cisco.com

I was trying with:

Sx200_fw-1475

Sx200_fw-1424

Sx200_fw-1495

Sx200_fw-14112

I was trying to with *.zip before extract the files..

Can somebody help to undestand and upgrade firmware in my switch?

Hi,

What is the current firmware and boot code version on the mentioned SF200-24 Switch? In case that switch is having very old firmware and boot code then first try to upgrade any intermediate firmware and boot code version, after that try to upgrade to the latest version.
