Help setting up network for CBS250-8T-D

I'm trying to setup a network for my home. What I currently have is:

  • ISP provided modem/Wi-Fi router
  • Cisco CBS250-8T-D switch
  • Legrand DA1101 wireless AP
  • Raspberry Pi 400 running Home Assistant
  • Personal cellphones and laptops
  • IoT devices

What I'd like to do, is have at least two networks for the different category of devices. I'd like:

  • A personal network for the cellphones, laptops, and Raspberry Pi.
  • An IoT network for the IoT devices.
  • Allow any device on the personal network to see other devices on the personal network.
  • Allow any device on the personal network to access the internet.
  • Allow any device on the IoT network to communicate to the Raspberry Pi (to have data for Home Assistant).

The connections on the switch are:

  • Port 1: ISP modem/router.
  • Port 2: Raspberry Pi.
  • Port 3: Legrand DA1101 AP.

I've tried to follow many tutorials, blog posts, Cisco tech talk videos, etc., but I cannot figure this out. I've tried setting up different variations of VLans, ACLs, etc., but can't get it to work. Rather than trying to fix the configuration I've currently got, I'd rather reset everything and start from scratch. Can anyone lay out explicitly what steps I'd need to take to make this work? Is it even possible with the CBS250-8T-D?

Thanks in advance!
