Packdrop on Cisco SG300-28

Hi,

We have Cisco SG300-28 in our server room which is connected with Cisco 3750 from where it get the uplink. There are 10 ESXi servers connected on SG300. Switch gets more the 100 VLAN via trunk. My issue is, while pinging any of the ESXi VMs which are in different vlan from laptop connected to 3750, a lot of packet drop is observered. Issue is only seen on SG300. We have other switch connect to 3750 on which other ESXi servers are connected but dont see a single packet drop on that. Amount of traiffic flow is not much high. Is SG300 capable enough to take such traffic??

I see lot of Tail drop packet on QoS menu of switch's UI.
