Password doesnt work anymore after rebooting Cisco SG250 Switches

Hello everyone,

recently we had our power failure test and the switches were rebooted.
Since the restart, the problem has occurred with 4 of our Cisco SG250 switches that our login password for the admin user no longer works, even though the password was not changed and the switches were saved before the reboot.

Is there a solution how to recover the password?
Or is there an explanation why the access no longer works?

Thank you

In this edition of Tech Talks, we'll show how to recover lost or forgotten passwords on the CBS350.

Thank you for the fast reply.

Is the linked password recovery method even supported for our SG250 Switches?

The switches had the latest firmware installed

I just tried the password recovery method of your video, but not all of our managed Switches have a console port. Does the password recovery method even work in this case?
