Port error when i connect SG250

Hello

I purchased the SG250 for a small classroom. I just need it to act as a simple switch when connected to my 4510. I disable Spanning tree and most of the setting, whenever I try to uplink to my 4510 the port errors out.

There shouldn't be any problem when connecting both switches.

Are you able to provide the error output? Did you check the port settings (see attached image) Auto Advertisement, Auto-Negotiation and MDI/MDIX? Each one of these can cause port error or connection issues. 

What is the 4510 port configuration?
