Hi All,

I have configured cisco SG350, everything works fine, but I have a problem with remote access to this device from different vlan, from vlan where is configured sw sg350 I can access via http, https, ssh and I can also ping device, but from different VLAN I cannot even ping to SW.

Do you have any idea, what is a issue ?

Thanks in advance

Hello Jaro

You have to enable VLAN Interface State -> Enabled (under VLAN Managment) and then assign IP (under IP Configuration).

Best regards

Hi,

Vlan interface status was enabled....I do not have problem with access from same network as cisco SG350 is configured, I have a problem to access to cisco SG350 from different network (it is not problem of FW, allowed any any), I cannot either ping SW.

Thank you

Hi Jaro,

Please check the following settings…

  • IPv4 Routing is enabled under IP Configuration >> IPv4 Interface.
  • Remote system (on different VLAN on that switch) gateway is configured as the SVI (Switched Virtual Interface) IP configured on that switch for the respective VLAN.

Hi,

Finnaly I found a solution, switch is configured as L2, without L3 routing.

I forgot basic thing, to add ip default gw.

Now it works.

Hi Jaro,

Good to know that the issue has been resolve now.
