How I should return the faulty switch to cisco ?
I have to manage it or cisco will arrange a pickup for me ?
what about the cost of sending a switch back ?
The box where the replacement appliance should have all the necessary instructions about how to contact an authorized Cisco courier to pick up the faulty appliance. You arrange the pickup and the courier will come and take the faulty appliance at NO COST to you.
If no instruction(s) are present, contact the Cisco TAC agent in question and they'll e-mail you a copy of the instructions.
