Trunk Configuration missing after rebooting the SG-500-28 switch

Dear All,

We have 2 nos SG-500-28 port Gigabit stackable managed switch and 1 no 48 Port SG-500 PoE Switch. Our problem is that, once we reboot the switch interface and trunk configuration is missing. And we need to reconfigure the interface and trunk again.

Sample trunk Command missing:-

interface gigabitethernet1/22
 spanning-tree link-type point-to-point
 switchport trunk allowed vlan add 10-11,20
 macro description switch
 !next command is internal.
 macro auto smartport dynamic_type switch

Current IOS version: 

Before IOS version was 1.2.0.97 and i upgraded to 1.2.7.76 but i am facing same issue.

 After you configure the ports for trunking are you doing a copy runn star?

Yes. We did copy from running config to startup config.

I have seen this problem myself and other strange issues to do with auto smartport macros.  I would disable them globally and configure the switch how you want.  The global config command to do this is: macro auto disabled
