VLAN setup

I have a number of SF300 switches installed in a building that have been set with their default settings.

There is a single switch per floor, with each floor having a number of tenant areas, and one switch for the landlords area, I would like to set these switches so each tenant area is a separate VLAN, however each tenant area would require access to the landlords VLAN, without being able to access another tenant area.

Is the possible to achieve using VLAN configuration, or do other methods need to be used?

If it is possible how do you achieve this?

Yes it is.  Each VLAN would be a separate subnet.  You would need to configure access-rules to control which VLAN can get to what.

I haven't used an SF300.  I know it is layer 3, so you just need to check it can have access rules on each vlan.
