2821 router does not display anything on console after factory reset

Hi,

I just factory reset my router and when I go to power it on I do not see anything load up on putty. Not sure how to fix this I appreciate any help.

Double check console port settings.

Thanks for your reply. Just checked and the port settings are set to  9600, 8, 1 None and None

Make sure its connected to right port ( i am sure you do, just clarifying)

 

Hope the device is powered on, Can you confirm the Green Lights in front, then try to get another Console cable or try with another PC.

Wow lol I actually reached back and took a closer look and noticed I had actually plugged it into the AUX port. Thanks a lot for your help!
